Power outage pray for my fish
 

This is kinda nerve wracking been out of power about two hours do to storm. I've been using empty water bottle and giving them air about every ten minutes or so but I don't know how long am going to be without power.

Get a UPS.

Thankfully i didn't have any floating fish so I didn't have to take desperate measures:D

As Shag suggested... get an uninterruptable power supply. A fairly cheap one will keep that air pump running for days.

I know i need to get one. I'm just glad i was home this time but power doesn't stay off that long I don't usually worry as much.

PetSmart sells (D) battery powered air pumps. Each one comes with a line and stone. I think they're $7-10 each? I bought a handful of them although, fortunately, I've never had to use one.

Saltwater or fresh? I do salt.

If it doesn't survive, have it for dinner. Then post about it with a pic in the What's for Dinner? thread.

That's the good thing about a tank with a fish or fish plural in it.
