Coming this summer, July 2nd to be exact. 13 eps starring Halle Berry as an astronaut returning to earth after a year in space. It's supposed one of those "change the world" things, so I'm guessing aliens are involved.

Not quite sure what to take from the trailer (which doesn't show much).

Okay, not great, not bad. Too much relationship drama, and I'm not sure it's good to have competing main storylines (robot kid and space mystery) but it wasn't as bad as I expected.

She's never really been given a whole lot of great material.

As I was watching I was ticking off the familiar elements: A.I., Moon, Solaris and Deke Slayton's hair.

2001: A Space Odyssey, perhaps?

Finally got around to watching this. It seems like they are cramming 15 minutes worth of material into an hour show.

Hope it picks up.
