I think this pick was for Derrick Thomas or Neil Smith in 1988 or 1989. Just by looking at everyone's appearance in the gif, 80's attire, 80's mullets, 80's ambiance...it has to be from back then.

Oh, I'm sure it was setup somewhat. I'm sure they told the audience to clap and go nuts or were coached. That's usually how it works for stuff like this. Gotta look good for the TV audience.
