Round 1 surprises?
 

So, there's 1-2 guys that typically leap into R1 that nobody projected... and 1-2 guys that fall to R2 or R3.

Obviously, the players with recent issues are the clear candidates to fall.

Who are the 1-2 players you guys see either moving up big in R1 or jumping into R1, providing a WTF moment?

I could see Jordan Willis going way higher than projected.

Moving up:

Chidobe Awuzie, CB, Colorado
Davis Webb, QB, California

Moving down:

Deshone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame
Jabrill Peppers, S/LB, Michigan

Round 1 Surprise: I'll be surprised if I can make it to pick 10 on draft night before hitting the 'mute' button.

How far do you think Reuben Foster falls? No, not wishful thinking on my part... just curious. One has to wonder if he's the next Moss or Sapp that some team in the mid/late 20s is going to benefit from his mistake for the next decade.

They are going to talk incessantly about Peppers on the broadcast Thursday night, aren't they? Especially on NFLN.

I think Mixon goes in round 1 to the Raiders

Watson and Trubisky are the only QBs taken in the first.

Ross slides because of his knees.

I think there's going to be a team that looks at the steal the Chiefs got last year from Tyreek Hill & say that should have been us & will take Mixon.

I can't see it happening in the 1st round but definitely the 2nd.

or Donkeys. Elway talked a bit about Mixon in the presser the other day. This is my bold prediction. They need a RB desperately and I would argue so do we contrary to what others say here on this board. We are not set a RB. Mixon is a 3down back that is every bit as good as McCaffery out of the backfield and much bigger at 6'1 and 225. I say we take a Tyreek chance on him in the 1st and jump the Broncos/Raiders because to your point if we don't we will be facing him 2wice a year.:shrug:
