There are many things that annoy me around here but the first that comes to mind are all the people who aren't FAX who insist on addressing other users as "Mr. username." That's a FAX thing... it's not your thing (unless you're actually FAX) and it's ****ing annoying and stupid when you do it.

I'll have 100 more.

People who use less cooler screen names out of the few that they've had.

It's more the "who" than the "what" with me.

Negative: Veteran posters get away with more bullshit than new ones do. I've never had a problem with it, but I've seen new posters with promise who are unneedingly ridiculed and end up never posting again. Likewise, I've seen veteran (or new but frequent) posters get away with saying some pretty stupid shit solely on the merit of their post count. Ultimately, I see this as a net-negative in the long-term health and growth of the community as a whole.

Positive: The moderation is awfully fair (although reasonable), and there are a lot of interesting topics and opinions that are allowed around here. If people are interesting in discussing it, the topic will stand. IMO, that's what makes this such a highly frequented forum. There's always something to talk about, and there's always someone to hold you accountable to what you say. To someone like me, this is a superior news site than many of the professional sources.

Granted I don't know that you and I have ever spoken before this... but you seem to be ok... as a fan of a rival team. There are a couple rival team fans here I like better than most Chiefs fans here. Listo, RnR, R8ters... all good people imo and less annoying than a number of Chiefs fans. I've seen your stuff, just don't really have an opinion either way, which means you never struck me as an ass or a troll. fwiw.

I disagree. I was never "hazed" and AFAIK, neither were Inmem, AussieChiefs, or other n00bs. To me, if you have even competent takes, you won't be run into the ****ing ground (as it should be). Additionally, people should learn from their posts, and better themselves. However, that should be a life trait as well ROFL

Perfect. Spent it with my daughter. Gave her an autographed copy of her favorite Alice Cooper cd, watched movies, ate and she took a nap on my lap. 16 years old. Hadn't done that since she was a kid. Couldn't ask for more. Just the two of us. Saw my mom and one brother the over the weekend.

Solid! The sisters have been here for over a week and it's been a nice change of pace. Had a crazy Christmas with close to 40 people but it was great.

It has made draft season a bust on CP. I've taken my conversations about the Draft to other boards entirely.

I would apply this complaint to DC more broadly, since I've spent more time there. Fun place for discussion but so much of the forum is just a playground for people looking for an outrage to express at the drop of a hat.

That's a complaint I have of humanity in general, probably.

It's why CP often sucks. IMO.

Anyone that wants to take a 3-4 ILB over a QB deserves to be piled on. Alas, Geno Smith will be drafted and carry the true fans on his back to the Land of Unknown Strength and parts unknown.

I really find nothing in here annoying at all. I love this place, and everything about it. Even the bitching.

I find excessive trolling and complete idiocy annoying. However, it doesn't outweigh the awesome parts of CP. Not even close.
