Got the DLC pre-order d over the weekend. I got into fallout 4 and still am but played some destiny this weekend as well. Hope this is good!

Funny you should say that. I was really into Fallout and then I bought Destiny when it was on sale. I think I've opened Fallout once since I started playing destiny back in January. I'm max light on three characters, completed all my moments of triumph and took the day off for tomorrows Rise of Iron launch.

So Destiny 2 was announced and it was confirmed for PC as well. That's great.

Also today starts some event where the old raids are brought up to current difficulty. I think I'll jump back in to get in on that fun.

I'm very stoked about D2. An earlier leak had a launch date of Sept 8th.

The updated Crota raid is well done.

so whats different? I've just been doing the speakers quest and about to finish up the strikes. Husk of the Pit dropped for me again. All I could think was "great, now I have to do crota over and over for the crux to not drop".

The bridge requires that you kill 5 sword bearers to activate the 2nd stage, which is 6 swords dropping and knights/gate keepers coming out of every door.

The deathersinger gives you 2 minutes to kill everything, which activates a sword bearer. His sword is used to kill the death singer. It took us a couple of tries to beat the timer.

Crota - you can't touch the sword twice so you need multiple sword people. Outside of that former yellow bars are now red.

The new Nechrocasm is pretty fun. Errbody is blowin' up.

I saved a crux of crota. Will that still work?

Fortunately crux is no longer required.

Not very happy about them throwing crucible requirements for the speakers quest. Pretty much puts me dead in the water there.
