AD fired
I'm guessing Trev Albert's will be the new AD
|
Well good news to the corns. Should mean Riley is gone soon.
|
Yup....
|
Scott Frost is prolly the most likely but I'd offer Chip Kelly an assload of cash and let him have say in the AD hiring.
Also means Tim Miles is also probably gone maybe Erstad too. Nebraska athletics has been a spectacular failure. |

How far Nebraska has fallen the last 10+ years is crazy. They really aren't even mentioned as a threat to any decent B10 team.

I read Corn paid No Ill 820,000 to come in there and win

Kelly is a pipe dream Whittingham and Shaw are also pipe dreams. Wonder if we could get a guy like Matt Campbell. It would be a tough sell to the base but he's a good coach. |
Kelly or Johnson.
Any other coach and Ill burn the God Dam place down myself. |

Holy shitballs this is big. And a surprise at this point in the season. If you're Riley, why do you even want to stay? I can't imagine a scenario short of a B1G title that would keep him here at this point. Well, maybe 9 wins and a bowl victory, but that's just not gonna happen...

Osborne was on campus

You really think Trev Alberts will be AD?
|
Yes that would be my 1st guess
|
What's Solich up to these days?

Do you honestly think Chip Kelly would take that job? I'm not so sure.

All coaches have a price. Even Nick The Great.

Wow, at least moves are being made. The Football product has been miserable in comparison to standards.
|
Will Trev kill the football program there too?

Neb should embrace the triple option and I'm sure a certain service academy guy would take the job. |

Something about the program is scaring big name coaches away. No idea what it could be, the money, facilities and fan support is there. Not the best place to try to recruit to but can't be much worse than Columbus or Ann Arbor. I don't get it.
