Think about this for a second. In the last year:
Andy Bauer ****, retires from football AJ Harris, ****, has been injured and ineffective Marquise Doherty, ****, transferred Chase Abbington, ****, transferred Walter Brady, Freshman AA, kicked off the team Harold Brantley, who would have been a 1st rounder if not for his car wreck, flunks out of school Nate Crawford, starting OL, retires from football Clay Rhodes has personal issues and retires from football. You can't lose that much talent in a year. This was never going to be a good team. |

Sorry but I didn't buy the OCoordinator change hype and really don't think they upgraded.
The talent is shit from bad recruits and departures and this job is probably too much for a first time coach. |

Mizzou up 33-7 at Halftime and Lock has 289 yards passing in the first half.
Johnson has 108 yards receiving with an 87 yard TD catch and a punt return for a TD in the first half. |

Offense has moved the ball better in both games than in any other game last year. Yes, Eastern Michigan is a bad MAC team and one of the worst teams in DI, but Mizzou was having problems putting up 30 against SEMO last year.
The DL is a real issue this year, and if Cross keeps putting Newsom on wide receivers this defense is going to get butt****ed. |
Mizzou has made multiple offers to players in Los Angeles and New Jersey.
Seems like Odom really wants to expand the recruiting base of the team. I'm a fan. |

I was going to post this last week but forgot. There was an article (or post or something) on PowerMizzou last week with some detail regarding Sterk's plan for athletics at Mizzou. It was an incredible read and appeared to be a complete 180 from what Mack had "done" in his year. It appears that Odom wants the south end zone done, so the south end zone is now a priority, etc.
