Amazing how irrelevant skc became once the Royals started winning.

Is that true? Standing room only crowd at a sporting game the same day as a Chiefs game and the same time as a Royals World Series game. The place was absolutely packed. Of course you have told me before you never see SKC around in the city at all. So was there less than nothing when the a Royals were winning? Lol

Well what metric would you like to use when you use the word care?

Rudy tossed tigger's salad 03-07-2015 01:56 PM

Texas League > MLS

MLS did the right thing by avoiding a strike

That could have been a deadly blow

PizzaDoughz 03-07-2015 02:12 PM

I don't know anyone that watches MLS, literally no one. And why do you make so many soccer threads? Isn't there a soccerplanet for that?

KCTitus 03-07-2015 02:13 PM

It's time for DC United to return to its rightful place, once again, atop the league.

DaFace 03-07-2015 02:14 PM

I hope to be able to care a little this year. The Rapids were abysmal last year, so I didn't even make it to a game.

What is the point of ignoring a thread that will die like all the other soccer threads in a couple of hours? If he keeps all of these thread in a mega soccer thread, then I'd ignore it.

Wish you were not in a market with a crappy organization and absentee owner.

The same could be said about Jayhawks threads, Wildcats threads, Tigers threads, Royals threads, etc. I don't like any of those, and they clutter up my CP experience all the time.

DaFace 03-07-2015 02:27 PM

Also, Zach has started a whopping total of 5 SKC threads in the past 12 months. How will we ever deal with all the clutter?!?!??!?!??!?????

I wonder if Pelé has anything left in the tank. He can end his career in the US like the rest of the has-beens. Nothing says cozy retirement like playing with a bunch of nobodies. I look forward to Cristiano Ronaldo coming to MLS in 10 years.

They usually don't do shit though they think they will coast and get frustrated. The only team that has splashed on big players like that and done well has been the Galaxy and they only do it becuase they have a great whole team with esp with a great young American player.

Hey Rudy what fsr league full of clubs and places you've never been do you support. EPL guy?

Demonpenz 03-07-2015 03:44 PM

Espinoza looked like could control the ball better from mid-field. He was just a wild man from what I remember. A touch of glass was like Whoa. when I watched a preaseason game

Soccer is gay. That being said, I may try to give it a chance because watching my daughter play this last year has made me mildly interested. There is a 12 year old girl on her team (of 14 year olds) that is amazing, she's the best player on the field every game, can dribble/strike with both feet with amazing accuracy and is two years younger than everyone...I have to admit its fun to watch her.
