Hard to tell. Mayweather is amazing but it's easy to dominate hand picked opponents that are nowhere near the caliber of Pacquiao. It will be a good fight. I think Mayweather wins, but I don't see him destroying Manny.

His last fight was anything but sub par. It was complete domination. I see this being like any of Mayweather's other fights. He will run, run, run, throw a couple punches and run some more. It will come down to the cards. If I were Manny, I would just stand in the corner and wait for Mayweather to quit running. I miss boxing being a big event. I wish there were some heavyweights worth watching. I miss the days of Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe, Lewis. UFC sucks.

Glad they finally got it done. I love it when my friends get excited about a fight so finally get to have a big fight night party.

I'm guessing odds will be somewhere in the 3 to 1 range in Floyd's favor. Might be worth a small bet on Pacman.

If I'm planning on watching it, then its a pretty huge deal. I only watch the UFC, the other combat sports are all too limited and not interesting to me, but I'll watch this fight.

People think these two fighters are way out of their prime. For all I know Floyd hasn't showed ANY signs of decline. Pacman showed signs, but he's going to be ready. It'll still be his biggest fight in big career.

Pride fighting was a lot better than UFC. I even went to a Pride fight in Vegas and watch Fedor vs Coleman. It was awesome.

Did you watch Mayweather vs De La Hoya? That fight was huge.

I miss the intros and entrances that Pride had, along with the fights of course. Broadcast team was top notch too.

In the old days, they would put a boxer against a karate dude or some shit.

Not a lot of people even knew what it was back in the day. I use to watch that more than UFC. Wanderlei Silva was the reason I watched Pride. His fight against Kazuyuki Fujita was brutal. It was crazy becasue Kazuyuki Fujita skull is thicker than the average human. Silva went to town on it.

Wandy vs Mark Hunt was a great fight too. I bought Pride 5 thru 10 on vhs after each event. The early Sakaraba vs the Gracies battles were awesome.

Its hard to be more wrong than this. Damn near every fight has guys with very different styles going at it. Wrestling, Karate, kickboxers, pure strikers, Muay Thai, hell even a couple judo fighters.

If you are talking about the weird overly-styled stuff from the earliest days, martial artists who do stupid shit that don't work was weeded out. If it worked, we'd see it.

Floyd never beats ths shit out of anyone. He wins, but he hasnt knocked anyone out in like 10 years other then Victor Ortiz and that wouldnt have happened if Ortiz wasnt a stupid ass n tried to hug him! lol

Floyd doesn't whoop people. What he does is use his great defense to his advantage in that he only needs to land a few punches and do a few counters to win a fight.

Thats why I hope Pac doesn't get too aggressive. He got too aggressive in the Marquez fight when he was winning and ended up getting countered and knocked out even though he was beating Marquez's ass the whole fight prior to that. Floyd is a master at countering, can't leave yourself wide open like Pac has a tendency to do.

This will be the biggest test for Mayweather in quite a few years. He has been hand picking easy opponents for years now so it is really hard to say how good he truly still is. It's like LeBron James choosing to play a one on one game against a college freshman. Sure he will dominate as expected, but now if he were to play against Durant it would be a different story. Not saying he wouldn't win, but it wouldn't be a cake walk.

Pac might not have knocked anyone out, but he at least has hurt fighters, before that lucky punch Marquez got him with, he had dropped him like 2 times i think, them 4 fights all get bunched up in my head, he dropped Algeri 6 times and that fight should have been stopped in the 10th i believe, i have no idea why the ref's allowed him to keep going. If anyone watched the GGG fight lastnight, the Ref stopped it correctly it should have been the same for Manny in that fight.

Im not saying Manny is going to knock Floyd out, but there is no way in hell Floyd is going to Mop the floor with anyone. He may very well win, i expect him too, because he's going to 1-2 then get out. He's going to get hit a few times as well, but him seriously hurting anyone? naw.
