Catapano and Berry both out for football illnesses.

Catapano's was explained as a concussion. Berry's they're claiming is a carryover from training camp but the time he missed was not due to the illness... it was due to a heel injury.

Something fishy? It seems like the injuries are a cover for something bigger. There was something strange in Berry's tone earlier this season when he mentioned he didn't think he would make it through the entire season healthy.

I just had an overwhelming feeling of dread about this from the get-go, I had a bad feeling that the news would go far beyond football.

I've always been a huge fan of Berry and this news has left me reeling for the entire afternoon. Hoping it was caught early and he'll be able to make a full recovery - whether or not he plays again is irrelevant at this point.

This is only the beginning...
