Cool, Thank You.

I was always understanding that we can edit anything but the title, that a mod would have to do that.

So thankful we do not get Corey Kluber during this 3 game set. Yet the Tigers do when the Indians leave KC!

This guy has been a Pain In The Ass for us!

Carlos Santana is 12 for 23 with six homers and nine RBIs over his last six against the Royals, with five of the homers coming in that four-game series at Kansas City last month.

You would need to convert it to an image, host it somewhere, then link your image.

edit: either that or do a complicated table thing, but thats a lot of work

Not really that surprising.

They don't need him in September with the rosters expanding and there was ZERO chance he was making the 25 man playoff roster, if the Royals get there.

And they obviously weren't picking up his option for next year.

See ya, Bruce. Been nice knowin ya. Thanks for the memories (minus these last few months)

ROYC75 08-29-2014 05:46 PM

After last nights debacle, it's time to start a new win streak. Honestly guys,we fans have been spoiled the last 5 weeks with the Royals winning at a torrid pace.

Losing last night was just difficult to take with the way we had been winning, getting the big inning to knock an opponent out. Losing while knowing Detroit had won that day was tough. Sure we are not going to win them all, yet we were doing so well, it's what we the fans expect the Royals to do, win now. We were the beneficiaries of losing for so long, we loathe losing.

Now we get use to winning, we still loathe losing, not as much except the way we lost last night!

Tonight we need to start the winning again, Cleveland wants to get back into this Central race. We can basically take them out, now, sweep them or at least take 2 of 3, if we can loathe losing one.

TribalElder 08-29-2014 05:50 PM

Too bad they didn't cut Chen two days ago

stonedstooge 08-29-2014 05:54 PM

Sweep the Indians and they are most likely eliminated from the race

ChiefsCountry 08-29-2014 06:03 PM

stonedstooge 08-29-2014 06:14 PM

ROYC75 08-29-2014 06:16 PM

Good start Jason, low pitch count. Damn good thing Brantley didn't pull that!

TLO 08-29-2014 06:16 PM

Runs early and often please. (For us)

bsroyals54 08-29-2014 06:20 PM

Aoki: "Here let me give you an out by purposely slapping it at an infielder." That was his mindset

BWillie 08-29-2014 06:22 PM

I think the Indians pitcher tonight could end up being an ace in coming years

ROYC75 08-29-2014 06:23 PM

Easy 1st for both pitchers.

TLO 08-29-2014 06:25 PM

Who is Detroit playing tonight?

TLO 08-29-2014 06:26 PM

Oh, the White Sox.

Go SOX!!

stonedstooge 08-29-2014 06:26 PM

SIT DOWN BITCH

TLO 08-29-2014 06:27 PM

Chen had a pretty nice run with the Royals. Good for him. Hope he catches on with another team if he wants to continue playing ball. If not, I'm sure he's made enough $$$ to be set for life.

lewdog 08-29-2014 06:28 PM

I know the game has changed but I hate the smiling, laughing and chit-chatting with a guy when he gets on base.

Especially when the guy playing 1B or SS is losing by 5+ runs in a hopeless loss. ****in' annoys me

That's a Billy Butler trademark. Jeff Passan mentioned the other day that he thinks Billy had gotten tired of chatting up the guys in the dugout and is now thrilled to have a league's worth of new players to run his mouth to at first base. He said he credits Billy's success more to him being happy about that, rather than just being able to play in the field, lol.

GloryDayz 08-29-2014 06:30 PM

bsroyals54 08-29-2014 06:33 PM

Which brings up the question, baseball is basically a job for them. If they're winning or losing, it probably doesn't matter to them as long as the checks keep coming? They have probably the best job on the planet.

Well, in certain organizations that's true, however, other organizations demand success so there has to be pressure.

Strongside 08-29-2014 06:37 PM
