That 2011 Chiefs team really did ruin the future of this franchise. I like Poe and all. But Luck would've been nice.

The level of the athleticism in the NFL today is so high that I really think the game can be won by being innovative and different so that teams can't prepare for you. If everyone else is passing, go with a flying wedge and build your team around that.

This team is an emotional investment for the fans and a financial one for Clark Hunt. A mediocre team with a retread QB maximizes revenue (filled stands and concessions because you're only a piece or two away) while minimizing risk (if you draft a guy and he bombs, people won't show up).

Fisher needs to get his shit together.

I was one that thought he'd end up being one of the top LT's based on his play at college and the consensus among the talent evaluators that he should be the # 1 overall pick.

He looks more like a bust with each passing day. He get pushed around like a 70 year old woman out there.

So 2 games into the preseason and we're already judging Dee Ford and Vance Walker as strikes? The 2013 offseason was bad. I've seen nothing even close yet to indicate the moves this year have been bad. Let alone a guy who costed almost nothing to sign.

I said in another thread Dee Ford looked like hot garbage, but I proceeded to say its only preseason week 2, he really does have a lot of talent but in a snapshot of last night he looked terrible... In every phase... He needs to adjust quick
