Great idea for a movie, wrong actors for the role. A couple funny guys would have been a better choice.

This is the End/Pineapple Express and a bunch of minor tv shows/skits/appearances etc

Those guys still manage to crack me up more often than not.

If anybody hasnt seen the HBO episode VICE where the Harlem Globetrotters go to N. Korea I highly recommend it.

I don't think there are much funnier mainstream Hollywood guys. Vince Vaughn? Owen Wilson? Adam Sandler?

Will Ferrell? Steve Carell? Jim Carrey? Ben Stiller?

Ton of comedians out there, and always good to see more. I still like Rogen and Franco. They're schtick is just starting to all feel the same.

Zach Galifianakis , John C Reilly, Danny McBride, Chris Tucker, Jason Bateman, Paul Rudd and Nick Swardson would have all been better choices than these two...

Reilly has the comedic chops and range, as does Rudd(but he is a major collaborator with these two anyways). Swardson, Tucker, and Galifianakis not so much.

Not some dumb bimbo... she'll out "smartass" you. Loved her in Cloverfield, Mean Girls, Party Down, and True Blood (you see a lot of her there. ahem)

I've never seen "Masters of Sex". The title turned me off (ironically?), but I hear it's good, and she's in it... so I'll probably check it out at some point.

I would rather read a de berg thread than watch a Rogen or creepy alien looking Jonas hill movie

It's boring, that show is a glorified soap opera.

Looks like a "Spies like us" reboot. That was gawd awful!

She was good in Hot Tub Time Machine as well

She is brilliant in it. Gets naked a lot. It is probably the best drama Showtime has put out since Season 5 of Dexter.

Moderately enjoyable. If I had never seen a Franco/Rogen film before I probably would have liked it more, but the pairing just seems stale to me. Their interactions were the boring parts of the film. Franco's character was much funnier without Rogen, and vice versa.

The Eminem and Rob Lowe bits had me cracking up though. Randall Park totally stole the show. Thought he was perfect for the role.

It is my mission in life to commandeer a tank while listening to Katy Perry.

I watched it last night. Did not laugh at any point in the movie. It was mildly amusing at best.

1) Your butthole is ironic

2) Franco's performance was really good. He took a common perception of him--that he's a douche--and he ratcheted it up ten-fold along while also skewering infotainment personalities.

The film was something of a metacritique of Rogen and Franco. I appreciated that.

3) In my country it's pronounced Stallone.
