Should be an exciting year for Lady Bears fans.

Kellie was a point guard on the Lady Vols team that won three consecutive national championships in the nineties. She has coached at Western Carolina and NC State.

Jackie still holds the record for most points scored in a season (1062), and she was drafted 4th overall in the WNBA. She suffered injuries that resulted in retirement from the WNBA.

A lot of people (especially around here) thought Jackie should have gotten the HC position, but I think things will work out either way.

I like Jackie stiles she is a freaking scoring machine. Too bad that she had those 13 surgery on her knees. Even that guy griner couldn't top her scoring record.

Tall women with very little body fat. Meh. I do enjoy the women's game a bit. They show more teamwork and less douchebag attitude than the male athletes.

Lady Bears had a point guard the last few years that was pretty cute and she wasn't a Suburau driver type either.

That is her, I remembered the name from somewhere, I read about her in the news alot. That is cool how far she went in Basketball.

Good hire for the Lady Bears. I took my girls to several Lady Bear games when Jackie was there.

Honestly, I haven't gone to many since Melody and Julie Howard were both there. I think that was my junior or senior year of high school. I knew of the Jackie Stiles hype, but I was sure that she couldn't be as good as Melody Howard. Turns out I was wrong.

I sit by Julie in chemistry class at SMSU. I'm 5'6 1/4" and they always had Melody listed as 5'6" and I was probably a good 2" or 3" taller than her.

She broke her shooting arm her Junior year and still averaged 27 points a game shooting and dribbling with her off hand.
