Awwwww yaaaa.
Scratch one more potential position for the #1 pick off the list. Bring on that RT! |
Is it a recent offer, or something from his "red carpet" visit?
|
**** yes. For the love of God.....TAKE THE DEAL, CANTY!

Ravens meet with Chris Canty
March, 12, 2013 Mar 121:12PM ETBy Jamison Hensley | The Baltimore Ravens took their first step in trying to improve the interior of their defensive line when they visited with New York Giants free-agent defensive tackle Chris Canty, according to multiple reports. Baltimore has some competition for Canty, who has previously met with the Kansas City Chiefs, Green Bay Packers and Tennessee Titans. He reportedly received an offer from the Titans. Canty, 30, was cut by the Giants on Feb. 6 because he was due a $6.25 million salary this year. The Ravens were unhappy with the play of nose tackles Ma'ake Kemoeatu and Terrence Cody last season and had little depth behind defensive tackle Haloti Ngata. |

Local Radio here in Baltimore said they think Canty doesn't leave town without a deal.
|
**** the Ravens......Jesus.
|
Jockel or Fisher in the first, we'll sign Chase Daniel, we won't draft a QB until the 6th and we'll pray that he's a diamond in the rough. Same mediocre shit every season.
|
Dorsey's presumed new contract + Canty would eliminate DL at 1.1
One more starter at OL in free agency and I'd feel much better about escaping the LT AIDS |
Not sure how much it would cost......

Chiefs way... |
Nick Athan reported Glenn Dorsey has a deal in place with the Chiefs. Presumeably a 3 year deal.

Hopefully it's a very good deal. A merely solid deal isn't gonna be enough to get a guy to come to a small market, 2-14 team, even if there's hope on the horizon. A few thou less and who wouldn't sign for a title contender?

Is "the deal done in principle?" |

Nick Athan can be a really reliable source of insider information as long as you're able to translate.

Having said that, wouldn't you rather play for the Ravens rather than the Chiefs? |
