It’d have to VERY inventive laden for me.
|
Fuller, Amerson, Mathieu and Berry would be damn fine with me.
|
EH,meh, I'd probably pass.
He's pretty slight and injury laden. Talented for sure. |

He's young...and Berry is coming off an Achilles.
|
He's 25 years old...yes please
|
Want.
|
Yep. Do the damn thing. It's going to cost, but he's young and fits a definite need.
Then in the draft, go after DL. |
Good grief, no.
The Chiefs already have one secondary player held together by staples and duct tape, they certainly don't need another. |
Inject honey badger as a chief into my veins pls
|
He will probably get 19 million gaurenteed by Dorsey

He'll bring a shit load of money. We can't afford him
|
Eh, no thanks
|
Sign his ass cral!!! Scop piolo
|
He’s going to get paid a lot.
I’d rather have Boston, also 25, for less at this point. |

Grade 77
Average PFF |
He’s basically the defenses version of Watkins ...very productive when healthy.
I’m sure Veach will be kicking tires |
The CP reaction to every free agent is always "I've heard of him before. We should try to sign him!!!"

Watkins broke his foot. Tyrann has torn two ACLs, among other significant injuries including his shoulder. |

NO! Just bring a FA corner, on top of drafting one.

Pass. Big payday, several significant injuries. If he could be had for a very incentive laden deal, sure, but I doubt that.
|
Not sure he's gonna get a big payday, he may think he should get one though.
|
I wouldn’t go crazy for him though. He wants paid and his agent has basically said as much.
Edit: after seeing how badly ranked by PFF and his stats given up. No thanks |
NO
|
You'd have to be reeruned to overpay for a 5'9 S.
|
This is a guy who is gonna have to sign a 1 year incentive laden deal to try to get paid again next year if he wants big money, otherwise not happening.

Cross-posting.
NO Connor Hughes ✔ @Connor_J_Hughes Some stats: From 2016-2017, Mathieu played 612 coverage snaps in the slot, and was targeted 92 times. Allowed 70 catches, 742 yards, 4 TDs & 2 INTs. 104.5 QB rating, per PFF. |

I love Tyrann Mathieau. Was awesome at LSU and I have a signed Cardinals helmet as well as a signed LSU helmet but...**** TO THE NO!
He will want too much and all you need to know is this... Mathieu, 25, finished three of his five seasons on injured reserve thanks to two major knee injuries -- a torn ACL and LCL in 2013 and a torn ACL in 2015. Mathieu's 2015 knee injury derailed the best season of his career. When he went down in Week 15 -- the game the Cardinals clinched their most recent NFC West title -- he was in the conversation for Defensive Player of the Year. He was named a first-team All-Pro and to the Pro Bowl that season. His 2016 season was cut short by a shoulder injury that landed him on injured reserve. Last season was the first that Mathieu played in all 16 games as he continued to recover mentally and physically from the past injuries. Move along nothing to see here. |
I have no idea but I'm looking at the stats of a man who has been torched in the NFL.
|
The other thing is those are his slot CB numbers, how did he play FS? If he isn't asked to play slot then that doesn't really factor.
|
You want your free safety to be a 5-8 guy with no speed?
There has to be others who can help. Draft a guy. |
He’s small. He’s injured. Getting high is an hourly event for him. Pass.
|
Wow, what happened? Last I heard, he was a league darling.

11 mil a year and that’s about the highest I’d go.

Christ no. I'd give him David Amerson's deal and that's about it. |
I’d pass if I were the Chiefs and draft Justin Reid in the second round.

I'd give that 11 mil to Sheldon Richardson and Dontari Poe.

I would sign him for a one year, prove it stay healthy deal, which would be incentive laden. Otherwise, pass. |
