The coolest thing about that is that the Indians probably would have traded him to get something at the deadline, but they didn't just so that he could stay near his daughter at the Cleveland Clinic. (to be fair it would have been a PR disaster to trade him away from his cancer-stricken daughter, they really couldn't do that, but still)

Lorenzo Cain is an All-World baseball player right now. Favorite in the league.

He's gone from raw to superstar. And the scary part is that he's still figuring this shit out.
