thanks Thomas Jones, Heart of the Chiefs....

This really sucks. He must have really done a number on it to keep him out this long.
|
And it looks like Flowers is a game time decision.

May the power of Luck compel him

This is a must-lose game. We need to kick it down a notch and push in all of the stops. If our guys can keep it all in and give it 10%, victory is just out of reach. We can lose this one. I know we can sink to the challenge. STOP CHIEFS!!!

Baldwin at this point sounds like he needs to hitch a ride out of town. Any volunteers to give him a thumb?

I know its easier to blame Jones since he sucks, but Baldwin hasnt done anything to earn the benefit of the doubt or a homer's forgiveness. |
They may as well keep him out until after the bye week then :)

"Jones' well known for breaking bones and don't atone then he goes prone in the backfield zone as the dust flown like a tiny cyclone 'cause he's been overblown which you can't condone since he has shown he runs like a stone so get on the phone and call up a crone who ain't a Jones clone ... like maybe Stallone." They're gonna unleash Baldwin and Stanzi together after the bye

This sucks was really looking forward to him playing.

On a side note just had a conversation with my new neighbor. Turns out it's David Mims. Lives right next door to my at our townhouse complex. Pretty crazy. He is a big mofo and also extremely nice. The wife is making him some cookies now.

I love how the diva label has been placed on him without any real evidence other than 2 comments his Sr season and a few "I heard from somebody" reports AFTER he got hurt. Just prior to that it was the Baldwin busting his ass article in the Star. And personally, even if he is a bit of a diva (see Dwayne Bowe) most good WR's are somewhat of a diva or attention whore these days. And I still don't buy it yet with Baldwin. There is zero evidence to support the claim to this point. It's not like he got kicked out of the mall for being a douche or owes a jewelry store $200,000. |

We dont even know the full extent of the injury and you claim he is slow in recovering from it? Get a clue. (btw, broken bones in the hand take 5 weeks or more to heal. I broke my index finger about 3 weeks ago and that's what my doctor told me...a thumb is a much thicker bone and I would expect it to take longer....thats if its JUST a broken bone and there isnt ligament damage involved that needed time to heal) what a dumblaz |

Man, I was pissed. |
Good. Hopefully Flowers too.

Benson was considered a locker room cancer in Chicago. Jones went upside his head. And, at least off the top of my head, that is the only other example of Jones getting into a locker room fight during his, what, 10, 11 years in the league. Does that mean Baldwin must have been acting like Benson? No. But you seem to be going "See, Jones did it before! Baldwin didn't do anything wrong!", when of all the conclusions you could draw from Jones' previous fight, that doesn't seem like the most likely one. And that's not even factoring in that another teammate (Charles) seemed to endorse what Jones did afterwards. |

There is no way to know who is right at this point, you can either give the kid the benefit of the doubt for now or not. Your choice. As far as the bolded quote above, no offense to JC or anything, he is one of my favorite players, but I am not basing my opinion of the account on comments from a guy who can barely speak the English language in a comprehensible manner. Have you seriously ever listened to JC talk? He ain't too sharp. He doesn't need to be to do his job. |
You know... if Baldwin is actually productive when he starts playing this is going to really piss me off.
I'm still curious how he broke his thumb in a fight. |
I wish I knew what happened in the lockerroom like half of the posters on this board.
