Did anyone tell him that he's no longer coaching the team?...

chiefforlife 08-07-2009 07:40 AM

I think he meant Jamarcus, ate and ate!

wild1 08-07-2009 07:41 AM

Herm wouldn't know a good football team if it sat up in his lap and called him momma

kstater 08-07-2009 07:44 AM

If the Raiders even sniff 8-8 I'll send my GF down to blow GoChiefs.

Bugeater 08-07-2009 07:44 AM

I really wish he would just go away, he's on the radio all the goddamned time and hearing his voice is like fingernails over a chalkboard to me. I'll never understand why that dipshit is held in such high regard by the media.

It's because he sounds good. He's a politician, he talks and talks and talks but never really says anything of value. He's fun to listen to because he so full of shite...

You better hope they don't wise up and start Garcia.

I think they could get to 6-10 or 7-9 with solid QB play, but they won't get that from Russell.

Reerun_KC 08-07-2009 08:49 AM

Who in the **** cares about anything that is spewed from Herms Cock Holster?

Assuming Garcia was starting:

KC twice.

Denver twice.

Cincinatti.

Cleveland.

Possibly San Diego once. But that's a stretch.

Maybe Washington. Maybe the Jets.

Marcellus 08-07-2009 08:54 AM

Herm also said yesterday KC was going to win 8+ games. Dudes on crack.

Brock 08-07-2009 08:57 AM

I've never heard Herm say anything bad about anyone, ever.

I'd add Houston. They beat them last year in week 15.

I think Houston will be much improved this year, but yeah, they could be added as a possibility with Washington and the Jets.

Probably the long-shot of the group, IMO - though if they did win that game, they probably start their season 3-1.

He's positioning to be their coach next year after Davis fires Cable next offseason.

FYP for old-times sake.

I'll get bashed, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if Oakland takes 2nd place in the AFCW.

I can't see Denver or KC winning more than 4-6 games.

Would provide us with a new level of hate for the Raiders... I would love to watch Herm take the Raiders to new levels of suck...

I don't think there are any new levels. Raiders have hit them all.

Oakland can take 2nd place in the AFCW.....if Cable pulls Russell and sticks in Garcia.

Heh. He said the Chiefs would go 8-8 too. Apparently we're going to win all our non-con games. Herm is such a ****ing toolbox. I like mike and mike. It is pretty mindless when I'm sitting on my ass trying to motivate myself to get dressed in the morning. But herm ****ed that up too! Goddamn Herm.

That's uncharted territory dude. The lions won 0 games last year and didn't even sniff what Herm would do to the Raiders.

Houston's going to be good this year. I think they may even score a better record than the Colts. Not the Titans, but the Colts is a distinct possibility. I have them going to the playoffs.

If they can stay healthy, they could really surprise some people.

They've been building slowly, but it's starting to pay off.

I told anyone who would listen that they'd be a decent team before I went to Houston for the opener in 2007 and was laughed at.

Well, deservedly so. They were still bad in 2007. :)

Now at least they've got playmakers on defense, a halfway decent QB (still not quite sold on Schaub, but he could still improve) and a RB who is younger than 30. That team will make big plays with their talent at WR. Demarco Ryans and Mario Williams are stars. Amobi Okoye has also been brilliant from what I hear.

Come to think of it, I think they've got a very good chance at beating the Colts in the division. I really don't see how Indy can lose a primary offensive target, a head coach, and an offensive coordinator and not take at least a tiny step back.

Dude, they were 8-8 in a tough division after being 4-12 (IIRC) the year before.

taking one of two from the Chiefs would be very likely if Herm was the coach. Sorry Herm, I bet you are no better at crystal balling than you are at being a head coach.

That was the year they drafted Okoye. I thought they had to go 6-10 or something like that to get him?

LaChapelle 08-07-2009 10:55 AM

Herm would be the best coach Oakland has had in years. They've drafted to high for to long not to be at least average sooner or later.

CoMoChief 08-07-2009 11:35 AM

Herm's just pissed because I think he now realizes that his incompetence and stupidity on the football field has cost him his future in being a HC in this league.

Him saying he doesn't know if he wants to HC again is just an excuse for him being a complete moron.

Titty Meat 08-07-2009 12:21 PM

Herm the same guy who said the Chiefs were 85% completed

Mecca 08-07-2009 02:39 PM

Herm said the Chiefs were going atleast 8-8 the day before that....

The other guy looked at him like he was nuts.
