Could TOM BRADY be starting for the Chiefs in 2013!?!
The (real) Patriot way sees only numbers and facts. There is no loyalty to players, no matter what they have accomplished. Tom Brady has had an amazing, hall of fame career, but the fact is that he is getting old and the Patriots will soon become desparate to replace him!
Meanwhile, Kansas City is in total disarray, and Scott Pioli is frantically searching for a way to save himself and the franchise! The Chiefs are all but guaranteed to have the number one pick in the draft! Pioli knows what must be done to save his legacy. He has to dial up his old Patriots fraternity brothers and ask them to grant him one last favor! Make no mistake! Pioli and Hunt will get the raw end of the deal! KC will give the number one pick to New England, plus several additional assets to the Patriots in exchange for the golden boy, Tom Brady! But on the other hand, the Chiefs would have their first bona-fide superstar QB in decades! It would also renew the exciting rivalry between Brady and Manning. Your thoughts? |
Whoops. You're stupid.

There needs to be a blackball list of certain posters who can't start threads

Kyle should write a vb script that autobans anyone who sprinkles so many exclamation points through their post. Save a lot of time.

First round QB, I repeat first round QB.....then let the chips fall where they may.
Other teams retreads no matter how good they are has been tried, Deberg, Montana, Bono, Grbac, Krieg, Moon and Cassell and those are the ones that were thought to be decent. |

God, please just nuke this guy from orbit. He's been useless from day one.

Gee whiz! You guys aren't thinking about this at all. If you want to just post a bunch of funny animations, that's fine. I'll laugh at them too! But I won't be surprised when we see #12 in red next fall! It makes perfect sense for both teams if you actually THINK about it!

where was that Bakula "I'm reeruned" gif from ?

Let's say instead of the top overall pick, it was this years second and a conditional 3rd (that could go as high as next years first) for Brady?
Trade down to 8-10 and take the best qb available while adding picks. I'd have to think about something like that before turning it down because it would immediately turn this team around while also providing us a groomable franchise guy in the mold of Rodgers. I'm NOT saying I'd trade that golden ticket we are sure to have, but adding a HOF qb while also being able to draft a first rounder wouldn't piss me off as bad as some. |
what an idiot

there is a 0% chance the Pats ever trade Tom Brady zero zero zero even if Belichick were INSANE...the owners would never allow it this is stupid |

why would you even participate in this troll thread and pretend it's a realistic scenario? Yes, the Pats traded Richard Seymour. I think Richard Seymour and Tom Brady are a little different to that franchise... Pretty sure Boston fans would burn that stadium down and riot until the Patriots had no choice but to move to London. |
and the only reason the Peyton Manning fiasco happened was because of a freak neck injury, a bunch of clowns who were all like "omg he'll never be the same (lol)", and then the fact the franchise knew Luck was going to be the best QB to hit the league since, well, Peyton Manning, so being the smart franchise they are they tanked so they could weigh their options...
the worst thing that happened to them was Manning's ridiculous contract made him untradeable, so they had to cut him (which was the right move)... so unless Brady breaks his neck next game and Mallett throws 5 TD's a game and leads the Pats to a Super Bowl... pretty sure the Patriots wouldn't trade him for our 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th round picks next year. Oh and 5th, 6th and 7th. |
Get the deal done

The Pats compete for the SB every year. Like this a realistic option. Especially for what you are suggesting. If Brady was on the market they would get a King's ransom. |
Terabyte drives were invented for Sorter's gif collection.

You bet their damn asses they were. |
there isn't even a realistic trade offer for Brady, since, you know, he isn't tradeable.
Maybe if the Colts were like "sup bros we'll give you Luck for Brady" then maybe, and this is still a maybe considering the impact Brady has for Boston fans, the Pats say yes. |
This guy showed up two years ago, instantly went red, but continues to be unleashed.
He's someone up the chains buddy, maybe even a regarded old poster. Its the only thing that makes any sense. |
I have a feeling no one would be pissed if we gave a second and conditional 3rd for Brady lol.
I can't believe this troll thread got a serious response. |

what kind of damned filing name structure do you use to catalogue these things? Though, I must admit - I'm a little disappointed that you didn't use the corresponding gif for "you bet their damn asses they were" I believe one of The Bobs in Office Space said that upon learning that Michael Bolton was 'pretty good" ...get it together Sorter. |

****, brokedick Carson Palmer got a 1st and a 2nd. |
How about a conditional 7th that goes to a 5th if we win 3 super bowls in a row?
|
Cassel for Brady straight up.
shit, look what the Pats did with Cassel. Just add in a few more weapons and they're SB bound. |

That should have read our 2nd and 3rd with next years 2nd that could go up to a 1st if we win a playoff game. It's PURELY HYPOTHETICAL and I'm not sure I'd pull the trigger...Brady will be what? 36? What's that give us? 3? 4 years max? No guarantee that all of those would be at a high level, either. It would be tempting...I don't think the Patriots would trade him, but they always seem to get rid of guys when not much is left on the wick and they drafted Mallett pretty high. I guess I'm just sick of talking about how shitty our team is that I'm deseparate for some positive talk. |
