Who's better than him?? Bonifacio is a good hitter but his defense is questionable and Soler is trash. Orlando is hurt. So who else are you gonna put out there?

I have no problem with Soler getting reps over Gordon, personally. Gordo's time is likely done, Soler needs to develop.

Pretty close to what happened with Beltran. Granted he went to Houston where it's a HR park, but he had a legit shot at 40 HR even in KC that year. Ended up hitting 38 HR.
