I don't get it myself. ATL? What the **** do they have? Weathers no different from the Midwest. They are not giving so much of a better deal in tax breaks. Why would top talent want to live there over 10 places on that list?

It seems like a lot of the early favorites like Raleigh, Denver, Dallas, etc. are in their with basically every top 5ish US city and a few others. I mean, LA doesn't really fit most of their stated wishes much at all. It seems like this list was bloated to avoid maybe upsetting some people

Not sure if sarcastic, but it actually makes a lot more sense than you think. It won't make the top 5. But it makes a lot more sense than several of the cities on the list.
