We're in the Fantasy Football age of the NFL, man. EVERYTHING is about stats. Alex has the ultimate trump card stat, though - wins/losses.

I would rather be 0-8 and in a position to draft a real FRANCHISE QUARTERBACK!1! If we somehow win the Super Bowl that would be the worst thing to ever happen to this franchise because we would be stuck with Smiff for another year.

A better poll would be how many games would people be willing to give for say Geno or even EJ Manuel. Would you do it for 6-2, 5-3?? I'm sure that poll would turn into a hot mess as well, though.

I would take 8-0 with Tinkerbell as QB after all we have been through. Anyone who would rather be 3-5 with Geno Smith needs their fan card revoked and banned for a week for being a moron.

Why in the **** would you draft a QB at 1.1 that needs to ride the pine for a year and then still hold the clipboard for another year? That is stupid. If it is going to take that long that QB should have been drafted somewhere between the 4th round and an UDFA.

Yeah, there's nothing between having a ~20th rated QB and a mediocre offense and having the best offense in the league with the worst defense in the league.

It's not about being another DV team or the 2000s Colts or 2013 Broncos... it's about not needing to rely on an entire side of the ball to play at an elite level every single week just to get past mediocre teams and being able to put up points when needed, because if you haven't noticed, it's an offensive league and some of the best defenses in the league have to still rely on the other side of the ball to put up points in big games and in the playoffs (whether that's this year, next year, whatever).

JFC, stop building strawmen. All of these points about never being happy about the offense might be more valid if it was above average.
