Midnight release tonight!
First releases started in SE Asia and have worked their way around the globe. England is next up. Release photos from Taiwan, Korea, Sweden, Germany & France. |
I downloaded the online version, not knowing that you can't actually start playing the game until noon today, when Blizzard starts digital purchases. UUUUGH
|
I'll probably pick it up today. I'm not a big online RTS player.
Between SC1, AoE2, WC3, etc. I've played maybe 20 online matches and won a total of 0 of them lol Maybe I can get into this one more. |

I'm not very good, but it sure is fun. |

Figures.. I get a constant "billing error" on the purchase screen. Nothing wrong with my finances, so I guess it's server overload time.

I played AOE alot when i was in HS, then i moved on to AOE2, then Diablo 2 where i stayed for a LONG time. |
Anyone that has this already...how is it looking?

One minor qualm: it's 2010, and I think the cutscenes must've been programmed five years ago. I'm playing on a 27" screen, so maybe I'm nitpicking, but the cutscene graphics are not at a 2010 level. |

The cutscenes, from a storyline perspective, are great. I guess they're not terrible, but I just got this computer and would love to see some heavy graphics in action.. the lines are sharper and the movement stiffer than what you should expect anymore.
