My father in law who has had a stroke uses it multiple times a day and swears by it.

I'll remind you that you are indeed older than I am. And I'm too damned told to get hangovers :D ROFL

LOL, woke up feeling pretty dang good this morning. I took it fairly easy, but I'm going for round two this afternoon watching bowl games all day.

No bad hangover here, but waking up after having many festive drinks I am reminded by my body that I am 42, not 24 anymore. :D

I've not had a hangover in over 10 years. Plenty of times I drank enough that I should have had a hangover.

My buddies wife got after it some last night (with wine - dumb). Thank Christ I didn't do anything like that.

Ooooof. Wine.

Worst headaches come from wine drunkenness for me.

I was in bed at 930 last night. Had a beer, some champagne with the wife, played with the kids. We kept my BIL daughter so he could go party I guess. She woke me up at 545 this morning screaming that she was ready for breakfast

I took it easy last night so I feel good, a hell of a lot better than a few New Years Days in years past.

Best hangover remedy that I know of is a bowl of vietnamese pho. Back when I used to party too much back in college, I'd drag myself to the nearest pho place after a hard night, and before I finished the bowl I'd feel 100% hang-over free.

Of course, the best thing is to just avoid getting a hang-over at all. Eat something like a small bowl of fried rice, a can of soup, or a sandwich (avoiding high-fat proteins) before going to bed, 20 oz. of water, and an aspirin.

A little food to absorb excess alcohol, a little liquid to restore hydration balance, and an aspirin to take the edge off, and you wake up as if you only had a couple drinks, and not 10.

Two bottles of wine last night and a bourbon nightcap.

Liter bottle of Pedialyte before bed and I feel great today.

I may have been pushing it with the Mt. Dew and water last night but I feel pretty good today.</br></br> My last hangover was biblical and lasted 3 days. Had about 10 glasses of bourbon. Pounded water between drinks, ate and drank gatorade before bed. I feel great.
