I agree with Goodell. Taunting is disrespectful and there's no place for it in a civilized competition among gentlemen.

I'd be comfortable with pre touchdown taunting costing the team their opportunity at an extra point.

I don't like taunting... think some enforcement should be installed, but penalizing from the return stop is enough. That will piss coaches off enough to handle it, which is really where it should be handled.
