Eddie did the right thing by sending him. With 2 outs, it's worse to leave a runner stranded at third.

I don't mind Rodriguez sending Perez there. I imagine the scouting report on Shuck is that he has a noodle arm. YOu're more cautious moving forward now, though.

Like what I'm seeing form Davis so far tonight. Stuff looks good and he's keeping the ball down.

I met Denny Matthews one night, late, in a grocery store in Independence. He was wearing a Chicago Blackhawks jacket. Would have been around 1980.
