It's wrong in both instances because 1. an adult in an authority position should never abuse that power over a minor. Also, no 13 year old is ready for marital acts with a near 30 year old, even if they tell their friends that they are indeed.

I don't blame the boy for taking what is offered, but the teacher is a pedo.

So what we're finding out is that its ok for teachers or other people of authority to sleep with 13-14 year olds as long as its not teh ghey sex.

what Sandusky did to those boys at Happy Valley was horrific, but to me what the female teacher did to the 13 year old just don't sound horrific compared to the Sandusky crimes.

IMO, a 30 year old adult having sex with a 13 year old is a 30 year old adult having sex with a 13 year old, be it boys, girls, man or woman. Even when consensual in nature by the youth.

This may not be the exact same thing as Sandusky, but it's very wrong even if it sounds cool in the locker room.
