Jalapenos are a must on Pizza with what ever else I have put on it. Double Sausage with Jals or Sausage, pepperoni and Jals. I think the best pizza I've ever had was at 800 Degrees Pizza when I was in Vegas. Awesome right down to the little Italian girl making it. http://www.800degreespizza.com/

At 800 degrees it cooks in about in 60 seconds.

Ha. The wife's side is pepperoni/ricotta and mine is the sausage/ricotta. Let's just say we've ordered it a time or 2 from them in the past.
