Ok. Well. The places you mentioned don't keep quite enough squeaky toys, doggie breath mints, kong toys, collars, brushes, and doggie bumble bee costumes etc. to satisfy the Mrs. need for variety. But thanks for the tip anyway! :thumb:

Lab/Poodle?! I can't get the visualization of the two dogs above mating. It's sick! The only redeemable value in that visual is she would get totally pancaked.

We took care of a lab/basset mix a couple of years ago. Funny dog, body and face of a lab with short little legs and a braying bark.
I liked him, was fine with keeping him but he was too noisy for Mrs. Radar. We ended up giving him to a former in-law that has a cattle farm. Not griping though, that made room for our Catahoula.

All our daughter could talk about was wanting a Shiba Inu when we were puppy shopping.
We read a couple websites that said to avoid having one with kids????

I'm glad we ended up with an "everybody has one" Golden Retriever. She's kinda rough with him & I fear any other dog would have bit her by now.

Awesome looking jungle cat man! Mine loves water too. She will get in the shower with me in the morning and then sit and meow at me until I dry her off. She'll walk up to her water dish and stick both front paws in it while getting a drink. LMAO

Here's a video of her from about 4 months ago. I need to take some new video/pictures, because her pelt looks even cooler now.

Our kids are 19 and 16, so it was not an issue with them, but I have nieces and nephews that are very young. Mostly it seems she is skittish around them and I could see it being a problem with little kids. She plays hard and nips a lot, so if you have little kids I could see it being a problem. She's not mean at all, she's just wild.

She is wearing a harness so that she doesn't fall. She LOVES going on rides with me. Angie probably has about 500 miles of road time with me.

It is funny... I'f I ask her is she wants to go on a ride she will spin in circles until I calm her down to get the harness on her. As soon as I open the door, she flies out of it and runs to the bike and puts her front paws on the side waiting for me to pick her up and set her on the tank.

Hypoallergenic means "less allergenic" not "non allergenic". Most of those breeds still bother my wife. And the reduced allergens are only related to their dander and she is heavily allergic to dog saliva. She had a cut on her lip that got licked by a dog and her lip turned into a bratwurst.

Ha! LMAO I thought ours was the only cat so fat its more comfortable laying on it’s back.
I’m a dog guy too, only reason we’ve got the stupid litter box filler is because my son wanted one. I’d be just as happy getting rid of the thing.
I have to admit though, I brought my dog back inside due to the cold weather and the cat has been providing some quality entertainment since.
For a couple of days the cat thought it had the dogs number because any time it would hiss and swat at the dog she’d jump. That worked up until the cat thought it was going to intimidate the dog away from her own food. The dog turned and barked once and the cat almost inverted trying to get out of there.

This is my cousin's Irish Wolf Hound. In the last pic, he's about 6 months old and already that big. We've had quite a few Irish Wolf Hounds in our family, and they've always been really great dogs. Absolutely great with kids, very protective, incredibly smart, and very obedient. Clumsy as all hell when they're young though.

I highly recommend the breed.

Well, I dont have a pet per se. I am allergic and have athsma. But I do have a grandferret. Daughter owns one and she ended up moving back in. I'm not as senstive to her as other animals, but she has taken over my mancave, and I cant stay down there too long without the eyes and nose starting up.

Still the thing is funny as hell. She's like a kitten and puppy combined, and she doesn't grow up. They keep her clean so the scent isn't anything, but its true what they say about them getting into everything. They are natural inquisitive explorers.
