According to what I read on CP every day, drafting a QB in a high round and starting him immediately is all you need to do. The rest doesn't matter, you don't need good players on the rest of the team or good coaching. According to CP wisdom the Raiders should be kicking ass this season.

Not in Raider land. I'm not sure why Allen is getting all the flak when McKenzie is more to blame than he is. He's the one who keep bringing in all those over the hill, useless veteran free agents.

Hell, most of the local cholo's have jumped on the Donkey Brigade after Oakland and Dallas folded. However, some cholo's might revert to Dallas following recent events.
