x1000 times this!!

Marcus Allen was averaging nearly 5 yards a carry and Steve Bono was 11-25, 125 yds., 1 TD, 3 INT. Let that sink in for a moment.

LMAO Are you really posting shit from BEFORE this was a QB driven league?

That's how we're trying to win a SB, so that's the reference we have to use.

Every good coach still need good players to win. Belichick wouldn't be the genius without Tom Brady. On the flip side, Brady may not be the player he has ended up being without Belichick.

We are talking about coordinators, not head coaches.

You are completely missing the point.

I dont give a shit what Pioli is trying to do. He's failed at the QB position. We know this.

I'm saying OC doesnt mean much if you have an elite QB.

Did you even look at the list that was posted earlier?

It's still the same. If you have an OC that likes to throw it down the field and you have a west coast type of QB he most likely will not succeed. Mike Martz was considered to be a great OC when he was part of the greatest show on turf but failed in other places that didn't have the same talent to run his offense.

That's irrelevant to our situation.

I'm dealing with the Chiefs, not some fantasy team that has an elite QB.

No it's not.

Romeo is a shit HC, but a very good coordinator.

That was the knock on Gailey but I think he's getting the Bills turned around...

MMXcalibur 05-22-2012 04:54 PM

Dunno about you guys...but when I think of the Browns, I immediately think of excellence.

you think?

Our running game will keep Manning off the field, no way you hold us to under 100 yds rushing.

If I'm not mistaken Denver liked Romeos Cleveland D enough to sign 3/4's of the line.

do you think your defense will contain Hillis / Charles? They'll both run like maniacs this year, both have something to prove.

You are basing this on what?

Because if you say "he failed at the Browns" then...

Bill Belichick was a shit head coach.
Marty Shottenheimer was a shit head coach.

Guys don't win without the quarterback. It's just that simple.

Who went to multiple AFC Championship games with Cleveland? ROFL

Romeo is a shit HC until proven otherwise. Browns fans weren't sorry to see him go, I can tell you that much. He wasn't a victim.

Hillis will definitely run over people this year. Charles will struggle

Guess I was right when I said the Brownsification of the Chiefs had begun a few months back.
