why not? it's in the USA at a major event that was easy to target

Seems like somewhere between 2:45 and 3:00 East Coast time.

News reports are saying 2:45, but that seems a bit early based on my personal timeline of events (my co-workers girlfriend called about 3-5 minutes before I posted at a few minutes after 3:00, and she was actually near the scene of the blasts).

i dunno man, there have to be easier ways to kill a bunch of people though
