So I picked up a refurbished 360 with a kinect for the wife and kids (Just Dance, etc.) For some reason on Just Dance...it's not picking up my 3 year olds....but it will in Just Dance for Kids. Is this common?

Also....where the hell did everyone else put their kinect censor?

I was thinking $200 but is that asking too much with the new system being out? Craigslist in my area had anywhere from $75 to $300 but that was with varying bundles or just the console itself which was often modded.

I don't know if $85 is that far off. Take 50% off for it being out of the box then about 15% for every year after. You might get more satisfaction giving it to a friend or family member.

If you break everything down

Your system plus the hard drive and cables, the cables it came with not HDMI I'm assuming is worth probably 60 bucks. The 2 controllers provided they both work well and don't have any stuck buttons or anything is probably worth about 30 together. The other stuff isn't worth much the adapter only means anything to the old Xbox's, the mic is flimsy. I've never used a play and charge kit so I don't know what that's worth...

Madden is worth 35-40 bucks though COD probably 10-15.

Problem is tons of people have Madden it was a huge seller during Christmas so if they don't want that you're gonna lose a good percentage of profit.

Your boy just got the ol red ring of death. We're having, what I thought was, a pretty minor thunderstorm and a surge must have kicked through the outlet. The Box turned off and flashed the red ring so I unplugged it and am just letting it sit.

FWIW, you can download Crackle on your 360 for free. Right now it has 4-5 of the older Godzilla movies to watch for free.

Anyone want to recommend some 360 exclusive titles I should pick up? Haven't played a 360 game since back in the days of Fable and Halo 3.

Give the Gears of War series a spin and if you don't have an Xbone, grab Titanfall.

Played the 1st Gears of War....but haven't played any after that.

Mind you...I'm looking for good single player games. I don't generally play online.

Which Fable?

I originally played the first Fable. I just picked up Fable 2 and 3 for a grand total of $15. I'm playing through the 2nd one right now.

Fable 2 is the best one IMO. Fable 3 is fun but it's not nearly as good.
