What pitcher are we going for from CLE or ARIZ?

Originally that trade was CLE-ARZ-TEX-TB. It involved Asdrubal Cabrera, Justin Upton, Trever Bauer and James Shields.

So who do we replace in that foursome?

Royals are also talking to Texas about Derek Hollland.

Let me guess Meyers is the rumored piece in that four team deal.

Apparently it started with the Indians shipping Cabrera to the Dbacks for pitching (Bauer, Tyler Skaggs, etc.). The Rangers are eyeing Upton to replace Josh Hamilton.

So that puts Arizona in the middle with two spokes. Do we replace TB as the third spoke and somehow wind up with Holland from the Rangers while sending someone to the Dbacks?

My head hurts.

FWIW, Greg Schaum's musings: KC sends 2 prospects to 2 different teams, Cle gets Olt, Texas gets Upton, AZ gets Cabrera and KC gets Holland. Cleveland would get a Royals minor league P like Adam and AZ would get Colon

Well, TX might be getting more once it all sorts out. In that scenario, they're getting Upton for Holland and Olt, even though the players are going to different teams. ARIZ's getting Cabrera for Upton. CLE gets Olt and Adam for Cabrera, surely more.
