Mods, is there any way we can ban Warpaint from this thread? This is for trolls only, and he's not complying with the spirit of the thread. He doesn't belong here.

Phil Steele was just giving his picks on 810 and said that Kansas has to win some games to save Weis's job. Are there rumors of him getting run?

I do not see how we can afford it, but I really hope so.

Christ, if true, how much money would Kansas be paying to football coaches no longer employed at the school?

Who knows. But if you're looking for the opinion of KU fans there's an entire thread devoted to KU Football.

A lot but they've got plenty of $$ so it wouldn't stop them from making a move.

i still don't get why they hired him in the first place. I recall a lot of folks thinking it was a horrible hire at the time, even some ku fans. Did anyone actually like the hire?

It could always be worse. It's not like he's under an ongoing investigation by the NCAA for payments to a recruit, or getting nailed with a DUI.

True. Reading the System right now and it's truly disgusting what goes on at other programs in college football.

I thought maybe I'd try a thread with more than two posts in the last two days.

Does it talk about the most sanctioned program in the history of college sports,or does it steer clear of Kansas basketball?

Will be interesting to see what happens to Haith. He could be the 3rd MU coach of the last 4 to get a major NCAA violation. Self has none in 19 years of coaching but then he's at KU where you don't have to break as many rules to win.

You seem to bring this up a lot but I'm having trouble finding a link.

Here's the top 10 I've found. No KU.

Regardless this book is on football. Some of the chapters are particularly disturbing with Missouri coming off by far the worst.
