Like I said. I think this is your year.

Be more specific. What do you mean by "your year"? In what way?

Not about getting people to the football game. Whenever Saul Good writes something, best assume he's off his medication again.

Quote from Bill Self in the link you provided: Self said earlier this month.

“This way KU fans can come see us before heading to the football game.”

Go ahead and tell me that you don't think this was scheduled with the intent of driving traffic to the football game...a nationally televised game...the first home game after setting a record for lowest attendance in conference history.

Tell me you believe that.

He isn't going to believe it unless you can run a computer simulation showing that Bill Self would say that with 90% probability.

The quote clearly is him asking football fans to come show up, not the reverse. I'm sure Bill Self really cares whether there are 35,000 or 37,000 at a football game, compared to hosting two top-5 guys he wants to impress.

Not getting the connection.

So what if the school has two events in one day?

This Saturday Mizzou has a football game, a cross country meet and women's tennis matches.

Good lord you are a loser.

Go worry about your own team. Jesus

I think Mizzou will reach a the most important bowl in their history this year and win it.

I've been betting good money on the Tigers so far and will continue to do so until they prove me wrong.

Mizzou doesn't get to schedule those events. Kansas can schedule their basketball practice. This isn't a coincidence. Frankly, it's smart. I just find it amusing that it's come to this. Obviously breaking that record drew their attention, and they want to avoid a repeat performance on national television.

Again...smart.

Well when you get a better time slot than a nationally ranked Mizzou game on the same channel you gotta do what you gotta do.

I don't see the coaches of the MU tennis team saying "come out and watch us before going to the football game"

I think they made some Orange bowls in the 60s. In fact I know they made it the year after our 1968 Orange squad. So unless they go to a BCS bowl...

In case you guys would prefer to discuss Kansas bowl games...
