I'm a cheap ass so I drink folgers but I do pretty much demand RO water. Using city or well water (at least here) makes it undrinkable.

Hey I like Folgers and Maxwell House too. I'll also do Butternut or Chase. My pal Mr. Doggity likes Folgers in the old school electric percolator. Gotta admit, it smells great. Reminds me of Church Sunday School... the whole building smelled like coffee and donuts.

If the Wintry Blend is our of season, I usually keep my eyes peeled for Peaberry, preferably Ethiopian or Costa Rican.

Plain old Folgers or whatever. Just regular coffee. Cream and sugar.

Guys, the best coffee I have ever had is hands down, from the Dominican Republic. It is truly the nectar of the gods.

Tully's House Blend

Starbucks Tribute.
it's only out for a few months out of the year, so when it comes out we buy a butt load of it.

I drink a lot of coffee. So I try to keep it economical.
I used to use a french press, but messy and tough to handle.

I like Level 4 Seattles Best.

And I use an Electric Kettle and make it a cup at a time with #2 Filters and this.

I like lots of different regions. The real secret to "good" coffee, imo, is buying coffee that was roasted recently.

I'm not going to lie: I drink 8 O'Clock Bean on the regular. It's my goto production coffee to keep me up in the morning. It doesn't hold a candle to the stuff I get from a local roaster, though.

Coffee is experiencing a renaissance similar to the microbrew/microdistillery renaissance, though, and there is some amazing stuff out there. Cold brewing is really excellent with good beans as well.

I can tell you who makes some of the WORST coffee drinks, though. Starbucks. Their plain coffee is fine, but any of their espresso drinks are weak at best.

If you order your coffee, one of my old college roomies has this company that is pretty awesome (does excellent humanitarian work as well):

They'll send green beans as well, if you like to roast your own.

I hate coffee. Don't like the taste, don't like the smell. Never have. I'm just in it for the drugs. I pour cream and sweetener in it until I can't taste it anymore. I think I'd sooner drink a cup of piss than a cup of black coffee.

When I make a pot that the wife and I drink I make Starbucks Columbian. If it's just for me I vary. Seattle's Best, 8 O'Clock, Community and Folgers are some. I like to rotate them because it seems like drinking something you haven't had in a while makes it taste better.
And then we have the Kirkland's coffee for our Keurig.

The only thing I order there, aside from regular coffee, is Iced Coffee Americano.
