Yeah, perhaps.

Movie looks well done. I'd actually spend my annual movie budget (1 ticket) on it.

It's not necessarily one of those movies that you have to see in a theater but I don't regret spending the cash.

There were a couple times I really wanted to pause it.

I'll probably rent it when it comes out. I think it's one of those movies that will bear multiple viewings well.

I just saw it. It was long. Think I'm going to see Argo tomorrow.

I thought they did an admirable job of staying true to the book albeit with a few changes that were probably left out for time despite the almost three hour length. Again, very complex material to work with so I commend them for trying. Overall I was pleased with the effort. The makeup is really my only complaint, distracting at times.

Funny, but I would think this is a movie that the critics would love and the general public would dismiss but the reviews seem to be the opposite.

Just saw this movie. It was interesting but it didn't "wow" me like I was kind of hoping it would. It never blew my mind.

I saw it Sunday. I had the same reaction as you. Its reach exceeded its grasp.

I've been reading the book, too. So far it's very good.

Yeah, that is where I'm at as well. I was hoping that certain parts of the movie (haven't read the book) would be fleshed out a little more. That said, I think it is a movie that probably shows better on the big screen than the small screen--even though rewinding parts of the movie would be beneficial at times. I give it a solid B.

I liked this movie. Didn't know a thing about it going in, so I was trying to figure out what the hell I was watching for an hour or so with so many different characters being introduced so quickly and some of them being played by the same actors. But it all started coming together and I though it was pretty cool.
