I am sorry, I lost my dad 12 years ago this coming tuesday and it still hurts, just not as bad!

You will never get over it, it just gets easier to handle

I hope you are doing well. I will never forget the hollow feeling I had when I lost my dad on Veterans Day of '07. I hate Father's Day to this day! When you don't go to a funeral or have one it is harder because there is no closure. My thoughts were with you, I just didn't make a post til now! Sorry for your loss.
