Alex Smith was the #1 pick. Of course he was talented, and had quite a nice arm before the injury.

Yes, I wanted him as a developmental backup replacement for Brodie.

No big deal. Never wanted to give up high picks for them then, or now.

He'd proven NOTHING then (when you supported him as an option at QB) but now you hate him (for pretty much being the same $#itty QB) with better stats and a better record?...
