THe actual loss wears away by the next day. It's the "What ifs" that mess with my head. 2011 was horrible. Beat VCU and on paper it's a cakewalk for that KU team to win it all. 2010? That team had the talent to win it all but couldn't get past UNI. It's not so bad this year for KU because Florida would have been another one KU could easily lose. Watching that west bracket fall to pieces though has to rough on K-Staters for sure.

my son and I have gone to see games at Ann Arbor a couple times. (your life will not be complete until you eat a ruben from Zingermans deli). maybe HE will go there.....I don't know.....but if he doesn't, I bet he'll still root for them!

This loss hurts because of the way it happened. Burke, Chalmers'd Kansas last night. Michigan is a good team, but Kansas is the better team IMO and watching the last few minutes of that game you could feel the momentum was 100000% on Michigan's side and you knew something bad was about to happen, and once that prayer went in, you knew all the wind had left KU's sails and there was no chance of them winning in OT. Just like Memphis in the National Title game in 08. KU was on the other side of that last night.
