Geno is still the only pick that makes sense. We are fine on the O-line and have 2 elite pass rushers.

I hope it's Geno. I'm guessing we will know in the next week or two.

I just think the are too smart to take Jokell. They have to be.

I think it's clear whoever picks Geno probably won't be starting him this year. Smith, and all the rookies, will most likely need a year or so to learn. That doesn't mean someone can't earn the job in camp, ala Russell Wilson, but no one is going to be handed a starting spot.

It's the whole scenario of Kaepernick all over again. What's the point from the Chiefs FO perspective looking at it if they are Smith? He is just gonna be looking over his shoulder from the get go.

Everybody might say good, then that gets rid of Smith, but that was stupid then to bring him in, in the first place (I know, Duh!)and waste the picks. If he thinks he is just a two year QB....What happens if he shits his pants in the first year? Does Geno go in already? Then two draft picks down the drain?

No actually. Just last year the Skins spent 3 1st round picks, a 2nd and a 4th on the QB position. You're saying a 1st, 2nd and possibly a 2nd/3rd next year is too much?

IDK im guessing probably tommorow sometime in the afternoon.

Chiefs have a press conference at 1:15 arrowhead time tommorow. Reid, Alex, and a couple other players are made available tommorow.
