What a useless player, in 4 1/2 years, he has only stolen 6 bases. That little shit needs to be faster. His .275 OBP will fit right in though!

He hit 9 homers last year, so imagine a Getz with moar power.

That's not very many with the recent surge of home runs across the league. 20 dingers is becoming the norm. Not that it matters though, this team isn't going anywhere this year obviously. But I wanted at least some incentive in watching the games. They could pick up Altuve and still not reach 3rd place in the division.

Hold me. Chris Getz may have hit 3 homers with this surge!

The Padres social media team accidentally posted a picture of Eric Hosmer this morning on Twitter and Instagram while one of their “inside guys” said the deal would be announced today. We’ll see if he’s Nick Athan or if it goes down today.

Seems like a huge mistake if it isn't happening. Curious if the Royals have offered him close to Padres money.

Team would be in better shape (although still not great), if they took the Hoz money and signed Cain and Moose
