LMAO

It's not the appetite that's the problem. It's what I'm eating when I have to eat.

Caloric restriction and studying don't go together well.

I've been eating too much fast food lately.

I'm really getting into training mode for RAGBRAI now. My cardio fitness is fantastic, but I'm going to get some serious saddle sores from riding almost 500 miles in a week.

We climbed Mount Baden-Powell on Tuesday, just have found myself getting a bit lax with my eating discipline, so making adjustments and moving forward.

In all, I've lost 179 pounds over the past 16 months.

Keep up the good work.

When I was in dental school, the first 2 years thru 4 semesters we took over 90 hours. You eat what you can, usually not real healthy.

So I weighed in today under 200 for what I think is the first time since the 90s. Without dieting or working out. I'm unloading trucks and putting stuff on shelves at a retail store at ass o'clock in the morning 5 days a week. Turns out it's a great weight loss plan. I'm down nearly 30 pounds in 3 months.

Under 190 now. I think Im going to change my goal to 175-180 ish because it's looking like I won't look how I want to look at 185.

Titty Meat 07-02-2015 07:59 AM

Still 228

KC native 07-02-2015 09:18 AM

Have been hitting the gym hard the last two weeks. Got dem gainz.

Interesting thread. I've been 175 for 15 years now so I don't believe the idea people are just condemned to gain weigh as they age. Just avoid sugar like the plague and don't eat fast food. When I grew up I didn't even know what "dessert" was until we went out to eat once and they asked us. I was 12 and didn't know what the word meant. Haven't eaten it the 28 years since.

Yesterday at Jason's Deli I stood by a man at the soft drink station. He was prob 275 and fat. He filled up his cup 1/2 way with root beer then walked to the ice cream dispensary and poured himself a gargantuan float. People didn't do that 30 years ago.

So your parents were miserable ****s too. Explains a little bit more of why you're such a shitty person.

It actually does. Can't have sugar, can't have a Big Mac, can't have cock. No wonder he's so angry

Prison Bitch 07-02-2015 10:23 AM

I just never derived any pleasure from eating, plus it's boring. I cant imagine having trouble sitting in an airplane or car seat. Or guzzling a giant root beer float - what's fun about that?
