And I've said from the second it happened that it was an awesome game for K-State and their fans. :shrug:

Listening to KK and his puppet Clingskale (no idea how to spell his name) talk about their golf game does not interest me. And don't forget about "Teh Racin Boys".

I don't know how they break down radio ratings, but I'd guess the younger listeners, (me), enjoy 610 more than most stuff on 810.

For a guy who didn't listen, you sure know a lot about 810.

Pointing out (again) li'l smokey, that for a guy who does not listen to 810 you have some insight to the 810 programming scene. It's not new. Most Jhawk fans listen to him just like you. They deny it until hope says something outrageous.

I don't think it was great for the hawk ego. It definitely upset the great majority. Thats why the "High Protectors of the Court Storm" get so upset when it happens. I can understand that. KU fans have circled this game on their calendar at the start of the season and marked it as a win. It's obvious they take this rivalry way more seriously than KSU. Self sees the name "K-State" on the jersey and he knows he his team has to be up for the game.

It's just what we deal with as the flagship university in the state.

Like you, I dont really care for the shirts or the DVD's. But we have a lot of shirt tucking fans who live for them. Eh... So be it. If it makes bitches out of KU fans, well that's just a bonus.

I can't really speak for the 250,000 alums and all the other fans of KU. You would be a much better source for the pulse of what they think. I can only say I love getting the court stormed when we lose.
