I've been in ICU since Friday with strict orders to stay in bed. I'm not using a lot of energy.

Went old school last night with Taco night at home. Ground beef seasoned with onions, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, some sour cream, grated cheese, and salsa. Simple but awesome. I could have eaten 10 of the damn things.

Individual Ham Loaves basted in a brown sugar, vinegar, ground mustard sauce.
Roasted carrots
Asparagus/gruyere cheese tarts
Rye bread
Mini Lemon bundt cakes with raspberries

them look good. we was happy today with grilled burgers and nathan's all beef dogs, macaroni and potato salad, baked beans, topped off with daughter in law's home made cheesecake.
