Right..but if a dial up poster and a high speed internet poster are going for the same post in the same thread at the exact same time..the dial up poster has to wait 15 seconds..Morphius said so..and it's in the FAQ

Wrong, well that might be right, but I've tried to post within 15 seconds of myself and it doesn't allow it and I use high speed.

Lousey ol' 615 tonight. Second game I switched to the new bowling ball I had drilled for dry lanes and had 6 or 7 strikes in a row. Struck in the tenth, then the lanes broke and I had to wait around for about 5 minutes before getting to finish. Completely killed the zone I was in and I ended up settling for a 236 instead of a 250. (The 250 would have been enough for us to have won the game too). The 236 did make up for the first game that I was 20 pins under my average though.

Bowling might have been easier tonight if I weren't so worn out from working on the house.

You wouldn't have it out here.:)

In practice I knew it was going to be a long night when on the right lane my ball hit in the pocket and the left side the same line my ball went brooklyn.

If I got to bowl on the cheesecake lanes in the big city, I'd probably be averaging about 240 or 250.

:fire::)

It's my assumption we're going to the same oil pattern that they use on Sunday's during the PBA Tour... It's pretty tough... I've bowled in probably 50 or so PBA Pro/Am Tournaments... If you carry a 230 average in your league --- you'll be lucky to break 200 in these tournaments....

The better bowlers that hit tournys will prefer that. But the average joe on league nights will complain.

I've bowled some pretty tough houses and I've bowled in some that if you get anywhere close to your mark, you'll usually carry the pins. I'd rather have things a bit tougher personally.

Nice...

I like the American legion and the things they do for youth.

I was a participant in their Boy's State Program. (See my thread in D.C)

is it possible to just have a part time job and take out outragous student loan to pay for life for the next four years?

I hadn't heard much about that, I don't listen to too much local stuff anymore because after football season is over they all are too busy swinging from Dana Altman's nutsack to talk about Nebraska football. How did you become an NU fan living in MO anyway? I may have asked you that before.

If you guys were in a keeper league, would you be confident about keeping Joseph Addai? I think I should be okay. He's my only option. Tiki is gone and Kevin Jones' career might be over.

Yes, many people do that.

Sam Hall 01-18-2007 11:42 PM

It would be nice to have a high first round pick, so I can compliment Addai with another back. We shall see if Addai turns into a true #1 next year. He's a good #2 right now.

My Super Bowl boycott may be in effect if it's Patriots versus Bears.
I would like to see more offense. I get bored with defensive struggles.
There's also the glorification of those two teams that I can't tolerate.

cheefer 01-18-2007 11:50 PM

I think the chiefs should trade therr first, and lower draft picks plus trent green to trade down in the draft. I don't like the pick we're sitting at.
