I am currently at 186 pounds, so I haven't made much progress. However, my fat percent is down notably.

Was at 213 a month ago, so went on low carb diet with workout 4 to 5 times a week. Im down to 204. Goal is to get to 175

Been yo-yoing like a mother****er recently due to poor eating because of procrastination and studying for the CFA this Saturdy.
Got down to 188. Shot back up to 196. Settled back down to 193. |

Haven't checked in for awhile. I'm currently right at 241. That's 32 pounds down from the beginning of the year, 16 short of my goal.
I'm really getting into training mode for RAGBRAI now. My cardio fitness is fantastic, but I'm going to get some serious saddle sores from riding almost 500 miles in a week. We climbed Mount Baden-Powell on Tuesday, just have found myself getting a bit lax with my eating discipline, so making adjustments and moving forward. In all, I've lost 179 pounds over the past 16 months. |
